- Requests for withdrawals must be made in writing to the School by the applicable deadlines for a portion of the tuition fees to be considered for a refund.
- If the student has registered through an agent, a withdrawal request must be made in writing through that agent.
- Requests must be accompanied with the original receipt and the Letter of Acceptance.
- If the student's study permit has been denied, the letter of visa refusal from the Canadian embassy must also accompany your request for withdrawal before the start date. ACE will refund all fees paid in advance less the non-refundable registration fee. In cases where the initial registration has been changed from a visitor status to a student status, the refund will be handled based on the schedule below.
- Withdrawal requests will be handled based on the following deadlines below. If a Letter of Acceptance has been issued there will be no refund.

All homestay cancellations require a two weeks notice in writing and must be confirmed by ACE to be eligible for the balance of the remaining homestay term. The placement fee is nonrefundable.
All approved refunds will be paid within 15 days. All banking service charges related to the refund will be the responsibility of the person or parties requesting the refund.
